Events
School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school events may include:
- school orientation days
- sports carnivals
- open day and school tours
- Harmony Week and Book Week events
- excursions and incursions
- performances, concerts or school productions
- fundraising, charity and community events
- award assemblies
- graduation and other celebrations.

Book Week
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading and where imaginations come to life in our student (and staff) costumes.
Education Week
Education Week is an annual celebration that highlights the importance of education and the achievements of students, teachers, and schools across New South Wales. It provides an opportunity to showcase innovative teaching practices and the positive impact of education on communities.
Transition to Kindergarten
Each year in Term 4 we run a Transition to School Program.
A successful transition to school helps improve children’s educational and social outcomes. A good transition will help prepare children to make new friends, learn routines, and develop a sense of belonging within the new school environment. It will also help their school to recognise and support children’s developmental needs, interests and skills.
